1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by 133pub at https://133pub.cam (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 133pub ("we," "us," or "the Company").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on 133pub, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for casino-style gambling activities.
• You are a resident of the Philippines and accessing the Platform from within the Philippines.
• You are not a professional player, syndicator, arbitrageur, or acting on behalf of any third party for commercial gain.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of an employee of 133pub or any of its partners.
• You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

133pub reserves the right to request proof-of-age documentation at any time. Accounts found to have been created by underage individuals will be immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited. We take age verification seriously and cooperate fully with PAGCOR audit requirements.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 133pub. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balance.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth
• Valid Philippine mobile number
• Active email address
• Residential address (barangay, city, province)

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. 133pub will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — not even our support staff. Any activity performed under your credentials is deemed your own.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

133pub processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes for e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) and up to 30 minutes for bank transfers.
• 133pub does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–24 hours, subject to KYC verification status.
• Players must have completed identity verification before their first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be released to a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party transfers are not permitted.

All transactions are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance checks in accordance with the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR guidelines. 133pub reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

133pub offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be used in conjunction with betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Standard wagering requirements apply: bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as indicated per promotion) before withdrawal is permitted.
• Only real money deposits placed by the player count toward wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
• 133pub reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus systems — including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns, coordinated betting, or using multiple accounts — will have bonuses forfeited and accounts reviewed.

6. Gameplay Rules

133pub offers a wide catalog of games including slots, fishing games, live casino tables, bingo, and sports betting. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, regularly audited to ensure fair outcomes.

• Game results are final once a round is complete. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with support within 7 days of the event.
• Technical malfunctions or disconnections during a game round may result in a void bet. Payouts from malfunction-affected rounds are not guaranteed.
• 133pub reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as the result of a software defect.
• For live betting and sports wagering, odds are subject to change up to and including the moment of bet confirmation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 133pub Platform:

• Using automated scripts, bots, AI agents, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human input
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to obscure the proceeds of illegal activity
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting personal information during registration or KYC
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or any means intended to mask your true geographical location
• Exploiting software bugs or errors — any such exploit must be reported to 133pub support immediately

Violations of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 133pub Platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, UI designs, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 133pub or its licensed third-party game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 133pub Platform without prior written consent from the Company.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 133pub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform, including:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to player negligence
• Game interruptions due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end
• Errors in third-party payment processing systems
• Any financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform

133pub's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

133pub collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

133pub complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and all implementing rules issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to your 133pub account.

11. Responsible Gaming

133pub is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We encourage all users to treat gambling as a form of entertainment — never as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the Player and 133pub.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Both parties agree to waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

For regulated gaming matters falling under PAGCOR's jurisdiction, players may also escalate unresolved complaints to the relevant PAGCOR regulatory body in accordance with the Philippine online gaming regulatory framework.
